Ingredients

  • 1 box Brownie mix (oil & egg as needed on pkg)
  • 3 packages of cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp (each) vanilla, rum, almond extract
  • 1 packages of oreos
  • 1 packages crushed toffe bits
  • 1 jar of carmel topping

Method

  • Mix the ingredients for brownie mix pour into a 10" baking pan bake as directed making sure 2 not over cook the edges.
  • Let cool completely
  • Crush the package of Oreos reserve 4 later.
  • Cream softened cream cheese & sugar together with a mixer until well combined
  • Add in the sour cream & liquid flavoring & continue 2 mix well
  • Add eggs 1 @ a time mixing well with each addition
  • Pour 1/2 the batter in the pan over the cooled brownie bottom then top with crushed Oreos & 1/3 of the toffee bits
  • Pour the remaining 1/2 of batter over the Oreo & toffee bits filling
  • Place the baking pan inside a larger pan w/ high sides & fill the pan w/ hot water 1/2 up the sides of the cheesecake pan creating a water bath
  • Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 1hr, cool in an open oven for 1hr, top with remaining toffee bits & drizzle w/ carmel topping then refrigerate for as little as 4 hrs up to overnight.
