Ingredients
- 1 pound tofu, mashed (hands work well for which)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. herbal salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- Minced sweet or possibly dill pickles to taste
Method
- Simply mix all ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Serve as sandwich filling or possibly as centerpiece in a bed of lettuce.
