- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced
- 4 c. shredded cabbage
- 2 large carrots, shredded
- 2 1/2 c. cooked pork or chicken, finely shredded
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
Method
- Saute garlic
- in
- olive
- oil;
- add
- onions, cabbage and carrots.
- Cook
- until vegetables are soft.
- Stir in meat.
- Mix the 2
- 1/2
- tablespoons
- soy
- sauce and the 1 tablespoon cornstarch together and add to the meat mixture.
- Cook one minute. Remove from heat and let cool.
