Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • 4 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 c. shredded cabbage
  • 2 large carrots, shredded
  • 2 1/2 c. cooked pork or chicken, finely shredded
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers

Method

  • Saute garlic
  • in
  • olive
  • oil;
  • add
  • onions, cabbage and carrots.
  • Cook
  • until vegetables are soft.
  • Stir in meat.
  • Mix the 2
  • 1/2
  • tablespoons
  • soy
  • sauce and the 1 tablespoon cornstarch together and add to the meat mixture.
  • Cook one minute. Remove from heat and let cool.
