Ingredients

  • Prepared pizza crust
  • 1 bunch fresh greens such as baby spinach, arugula or Swiss chard
  • 2 tablespoons Hot Pepper Jelly
  • 1 jar Ragin' Rhubarb Chutney
  • 4-ounces goat cheese
  • 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

Method

  • Wash and roughly chop your favorite greens. Saute greens with 2 tablespoons Hot Pepper Jelly until wilted. (Use a savory jelly, it makes a difference.) Puree half of the Ragin' Rhubarb chutney and spread on the prepared pizza crust. Layer the sauteed greens over the chutney. Crumble goat cheese on top of greens. Spread the remaining chutney onto the pizza in dollops. Sprinkle parmesan over the top. Bake in preheated 400F degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until the bottom of the pizza crust is golden brown.
