Ingredients
- 5 c. poultry stock
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 2 large eggs
- 3 scallions
- salt to taste
- sesame oil
Method
- Heat stock until boiling.
- Mix cornstarch with cold water and stir into stock.
- Remove from heat.
- Beat eggs and stir into stock.
- (The eggs will look like threads.)
- Add scallions and a drop of sesame oil as garnish and serve.
