Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 12 oz. tub Cool Whip
  • 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Method

  • Dissolve jello in hot water.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Set aside; let cool.
  • Make graham cracker crust by mixing butter and graham cracker crumbs and pressing into a pan.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Mix cream cheese and sugar.
  • Add vanilla and cooled jello.
  • Fold in Cool Whip; pour over crust and chill.
  • Top with can of cherry pie filling.
