- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. hot water
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 12 oz. tub Cool Whip
- 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Method
- Dissolve jello in hot water.
- Add lemon juice.
- Set aside; let cool.
- Make graham cracker crust by mixing butter and graham cracker crumbs and pressing into a pan.
- Refrigerate.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar.
- Add vanilla and cooled jello.
- Fold in Cool Whip; pour over crust and chill.
- Top with can of cherry pie filling.
