Ingredients
- 2 c. zucchini or squash, chopped fine
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1+ cubes chicken bouillon
- 1 c. hot water
Method
- Combine zucchini or yellow squash, onion, water and 1 1/3 chicken bouillon in container (either microwave or stove).
- Cook until it looks soft and well cooked.
- Put contents into a blender and puree until it is thick and creamy.
- Serve hot or cold.
