Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Microwave butter at High for 45 to 60 seconds or until melted. Stir in flour and seasonings.
- Blend in the milk.
- Microwave at High for 4 to 7 minutes or until sauce thickens and bubbles, stirring every minute.
