Ingredients
- 4 quarts water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 pound broccolini, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Method
- Bring water to a boil in a stockpot; add salt and broccolini. Cook 5 minutes or until tender; drain.
- Put olive oil and garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute until garlic just begins to color. Add broccolini; saute 5 minutes.
