Ingredients
- 1 LB. GROUND CHUCK
- 1 CAN- RED KIDNEY BEANS
- 1 CAN- WHOLE KERNAL CORN
- 1 CAN-GREEN CHILIES/TOMATOES (ROTEL)
- 1 CAN DICED TOMATOES
- 1 CUP OF TOMATOE JUICE OR SMALL CAN OF TOMATOE SAUCE
- 2 CUPS OF WATER
- CHOPPED ONIONS (ABOUT 1/2 CUP)
- GARLIC/SALT/PEPPER (OPTIONAL)
- 1 ENVELOPE OF TACO SEASONING MIX
Method
- BROWN GROUND CHUCK/ONIONS & DRAIN OFF. ADD EVERYTHING ELSE.
- COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES. ADD ADDITIONAL WATER DURING COOKING IF NEEDED FOR IT TO REMAIN A SOUP CONSISTANCY.
