Ingredients

  • 1 LB. GROUND CHUCK
  • 1 CAN- RED KIDNEY BEANS
  • 1 CAN- WHOLE KERNAL CORN
  • 1 CAN-GREEN CHILIES/TOMATOES (ROTEL)
  • 1 CAN DICED TOMATOES
  • 1 CUP OF TOMATOE JUICE OR SMALL CAN OF TOMATOE SAUCE
  • 2 CUPS OF WATER
  • CHOPPED ONIONS (ABOUT 1/2 CUP)
  • GARLIC/SALT/PEPPER (OPTIONAL)
  • 1 ENVELOPE OF TACO SEASONING MIX

Method

  • BROWN GROUND CHUCK/ONIONS & DRAIN OFF. ADD EVERYTHING ELSE.
  • COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES. ADD ADDITIONAL WATER DURING COOKING IF NEEDED FOR IT TO REMAIN A SOUP CONSISTANCY.
