Ingredients
- 5 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 6 Tbsp. grated cheese
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Arrange alternate layers of shredded cabbage and sliced hard-cooked eggs in greased 2-quart casserole.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
