Ingredients

  • 1 can Chunk Chicken Breast (12.5 Oz.)
  • 2 whole Baby Dill Pickles
  • 13 cups Mayonnaise (I Usually Just Eyeball It)
  • 1/4 teaspoons Lawry's Seasoning Salt (adjust To Your Taste)
  • 1 whole Sourdough Baguette Loaf (I Get The Ones From Costco)

Method

  • Set oven to 350 and heat up the Sourdough baguette.
  • We keep ours in the freezer and it takes about 10 minutes to warm.
  • Drain the chicken and put it in a medium bowl.
  • Dice the pickles until very small and add them to the bowl.
  • Add mayo and seasoning salt.
  • Mix together well with a fork.
  • Slice baguette in half, then slice lengthwise but not all the way through.
  • Fill with chicken mixture and enjoy!
