Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 2 sticks soft butter
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
Method
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 300° to 325° for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, until center is not liquidly.
- Serve warm.
- Test with knife in center; if it comes out dry, it has baked long enough.
