- 2 c. cooked chicken, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper and garlic
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 c. cream (half and half)
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Saute mushrooms in margarine with salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice.
- Make white sauce, using margarine, flour, cream, chicken broth, salt and sherry.
- Add mushrooms and chicken.
- Fold in cooked spaghetti.
- Place in casserole.
- Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 25 minutes.
