Ingredients
- 2 plum tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 2-3 cloves garlic raw or roasted
Method
- Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until blended and finely chopped. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
