Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
- 2 c. cooked white rice (1/2 c. uncooked)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. raisins (optional)
- dash of nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)
Method
- Cook pudding as directed on package.
- When done, add vanilla, cooked rice and raisins.
- Cool.
- Put into serving dishes and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
- Makes 6 1/2 cups.
