Ingredients

  • 1 piece (1 Square) Chocolate Almond Bark
  • 7 pieces (7 Squares) White Almond Bark
  • 1 package Chocolate Chips, Semisweet (12 Oz)
  • 12 ounces, weight Lightly Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts

Method

  • 1. Melt almond barks together in a microwave safe bowl. Stir frequently to make sure the chocolate doesn't scorch. Once the almond barks are melted, stir in semisweet chocolate chips.
  • 2. Pour in dry roasted nuts, stir until all are coated.
  • 3. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto foil or a silpat mat.
  • 4. When cool, store in an airtight container.
  • Yield: 5 dozen
