Ingredients

  • 2 3 oz. boxes of Lemon Jello-sugarless
  • 12 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 7 oz. bottle ginger ale
  • 16 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 envelope Dream Whip
  • 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Method

  • Drain pineapple and reserve syrup.
  • Add enough water to juice to make 1 cup, heat to boiling.
  • Dissolve jello in the mixture. Let cool and slowly stir in ginger ale.
  • Chill until partially set, 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Blend pineapple and cranberry sauce together and mix into the jello mixture.
  • Chill until firm.
