Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cut up fryer chicken
Method
- Cook rice.
- Pour
- rice in large bowl. Add soups;
- mix well. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Mixture will be very juicy.
- Cut
- up
- chicken
- and
- place skin side up on rice mixture. Add salt
- and pepper to taste.
- Do not cover.
- Place in 350° oven.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours.
