Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 2 tbsp. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- Heat butter in medium saucepan.
- Stir in cocoa till dissolved.
- Add in confectioners' sugar, lowfat milk and vanilla.
- Stir till smooth.
- Add in more lowfat milk if necessary to soften consistency.
- This will frost a 9"x13"x2" pan.
- Delicious on brownies.
