Ingredients
- 1 large ripe Ataulfo mango, peeled and roughly chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup plain unsweetened kefir
- 1 cup frozen blackberries (4 1/2 ounces)
Method
- Add mango, kefir, and blackberries to a blender. Pulse a few times to break up, then blend until smooth, about 20 seconds. Serve immediately.
