- 2 lb. ground turkey
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 can mushrooms
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 3 Tbsp. cooking wine
- 4 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 qt. water
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes or fresh, chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Using about 1 tablespoon of garlic with ground turkey; form meatballs and place in a 13 x 18-inch pan.
- Bake meatballs until done in 300° oven.
- Remove from heat and make sauce.
