- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. white cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 4 tsp. Creole mustard
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- fresh chopped parsley to taste
- salt to taste
- 2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped fine
Method
- Puree ingredients in blender.
- Chill and serve over boiled shrimp.
