Ingredients

  • 1 box macaroni
  • 1 can crabmeat
  • 2 cans deveined shrimp
  • 2 cans tuna (in water), drained
  • 1 lb. imitation crab sticks
  • 2 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. sweet pickles or relish
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Cook macaroni until done; drain.
  • Wash well with cold water. Add crabmeat (shells removed).
  • Add tuna and shrimp.
  • Chop imitation crabmeat into bite size pieces and add to mixture.
  • Add onion, relish and green pepper.
  • Stir thoroughly.
  • Add salt, pepper, sugar and seafood seasoning.
  • Refrigerate covered.
  • Add mayonnaise 1/2 to 1 hour prior to serving.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve on lettuce on shaped seafood dishes.
  • Serves 20 people.
