Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- juice from 1/4 fresh lemon
- 1 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
Method
- Mix together all ingredients in an 8 x 10-inch Pyrex baking dish and bake in a 400° oven until bubbly and slightly brown on top.
- Serve while hot with a favorite cracker or bagel chips.
