Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
- 1/3 c. diced green peppers
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Brown meat; drain off fat.
- Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch.
- Stir in meat, cheese, onions, peppers and salt.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
