Ingredients
- 2 cups Raw Peanuts
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup White Corn Syrup
- Baking Soda
Method
- Mix peanuts, sugar and white corn syrup in a pan 3x larger than the mixture.
- Bring to 300 degrees on candy thermometer - the mixture will not start to smell or turn brown until last 5-10 degrees
- Stir or nuts will burn.
- Once at 300 degrees take off heat and stir in the baking soda. It will foam up.
- Pour onto buttered cookie sheet.
