Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 8 garlic cloves, cut in half
- 2 large onions, minced
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- Parmesan cheese to taste
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together, except the oil and garlic. Make meatballs each with half garlic clove inside.
- Fry until browned.
- Drain excess oil.
