Ingredients
- 1 red pepper thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes roughly chopped
- 10 black olives pitted and chopped
- 2 Tbs pine nuts lightly roasted (10 min at 350)
- basil oregano w/ garlic fettuccine linquine
- three cheese marinara sauce
- parmesan cheese
Method
- bring water to a boil, add pasta and red pepper, cook until pasta is al dente
- heat sauce in separate pan over medium heat
- drain pasta and toss with sauce
- add remaining ingredients
- serve immediately with fresh grated parmesan cheese
