Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes roughly chopped
  • 10 black olives pitted and chopped
  • 2 Tbs pine nuts lightly roasted (10 min at 350)
  • basil oregano w/ garlic fettuccine linquine
  • three cheese marinara sauce
  • parmesan cheese

Method

  • bring water to a boil, add pasta and red pepper, cook until pasta is al dente
  • heat sauce in separate pan over medium heat
  • drain pasta and toss with sauce
  • add remaining ingredients
  • serve immediately with fresh grated parmesan cheese
