Ingredients

  • 10 Green beans
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cooking sake
  • 1 tsp Chinese soup stock
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Method

  • Cut the green beans into 2 cm pieces.
  • Cut the tomatoes into bite size pieces.
  • Beat the eggs.
  • Heat a good amount of oil in a pan over high heat and when hot, add the eggs.
  • When the eggs are cooked half way through, transfer to a plate and set aside.
  • Add a little oil in a pan and add the minced garlic.
  • Add the green beans and tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  • Then add the cooking sake and cook for another a few minutes.
  • When the green beans are soft, add the eggs and the seasonings marked and you're done
