Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or possibly cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. frzn broccoli cuts
  • Grated Cheddar cheese
  • Salt & pepper
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk

Method

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper; brown.
  • Cook broccoli according to package; drain.
  • Arrange broccoli in baking dish, top with chicken.
  • Combine soup and lowfat milk; pour over chicken.
  • Top with cheese and bread crumbs.
  • Pour melted butter over casserole.
  • Bake at 350-375 degrees for 30 min or possibly till sets.
