Ingredients
- 3 to 4 ears fresh corn
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 3 to 4 crackers, crushed
- Paprika
Method
- Scrape kernels and juice from ears of corn.
- Combine corn, salt, pepper, eggs, and milk; mixing well.
- Spoon into greased 1 quart casserole.
- Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
- Dot with margarine.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Serves 4.
