Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups red pepper pieces (1 inch)
  • 2 cups zucchini chunks (1 inch)
  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
  • 3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Method

  • Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers; place in shallow dish.
  • Pour dressing over kabobs.
  • Refrigerate 20 min.
  • to marinate.
  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Grill kabobs 10 min.
  • or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.
  • Serve over rice.
