Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups red pepper pieces (1 inch)
- 2 cups zucchini chunks (1 inch)
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- 3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice
Method
- Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers; place in shallow dish.
- Pour dressing over kabobs.
- Refrigerate 20 min.
- to marinate.
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill kabobs 10 min.
- or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.
- Serve over rice.
