Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 3 can chicken fillets, chopped Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 440g can creamy chicken condensed soup Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 1 cup grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese

Method

  • Heat a little oil in a large frying pan and cook curry powder and chicken for 3 minutes or until chicken is browned.
  • Add broccoli, soup and lemon juice; cover with a lid or foil and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in cheese and cook over a low heat until cheese melts.
  • Serve with boiled rice or pasta.
