Ingredients
- 14 oz. (1 box) Minute Rice (uncooked)
- 10 oz. (1 can) soup, cream of chicken
- 1 soup can water
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 4 (8 halves) chicken breasts
Method
- Spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with non-stick vegetable spray.
- In a bowl, mix together:
- rice, soup, water, salt and pepper in bowl.
- Pour into the prepared casserole dish.
- Place chicken pieces on top.
