Ingredients
- 8 oz. wedge Wispride cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 to 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. Port or sherry
Method
- Leave cheeses in bowl until very soft and creamy.
- Mix together.
- Add Worcestershire and mustard, then add the Port or sherry very slowly.
- Put in a crock and refrigerate.
