Ingredients
- 150 grams Fresh okara
- 100 grams Pancake mix
- 100 grams Peeled sweet chestnuts
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Rum
Method
- Blend the sweet chestnuts and milk in a food processor.
- Stop blending when the chestnuts become your preferred graininess.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a 180C (356F) oven.
