Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. pecans, chopped
Method
- Place all ingredients, except pecans, in large bowl; beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in pecans. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cut into 24 squares while warm, but leave in pan until cool.
