Ingredients
- 1 banana, broken into chunks
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
Method
- Blend banana, milk, yogurt, oats, coconut milk, shredded coconut, flax seed, and sugar together in a blender until smooth.
