Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 dash Krazy Salt
- 1 pinch of each Dried parsley
- 1 Frying oil
Method
- Wash the potatoes in water and cut them into thick wedges.
- Put the wedges back together and wrap them in cling film.
- Heat the potatoes in the microwave for 2 minutes, then wash them to remove any stickiness.
- Place the wedges in a frying pan with some cold oil and heat them up.
- While keeping an eye on them, heat the potatoes for 15 minutes over low-medium heat until soft.
- When the potatoes start to float to the surface of the oil, turn the heat to high and fry them until they become golden brown.
- (This should take 1-2 minutes.)
- Once the wedges have been crisply fried, drain the oil and sprinkle some Krazy Salt over the top.
- Then sprinkle over some parsley and serve with ketchup.
