Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 13 cup butter
- 1 12 cups sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 13 cup wine vinegar
- 13 teaspoon crumbled dried tarragon or 1 teaspoon snipped fresh tarragon
Method
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
- Chill.
