Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless chuck, trimmed and cut up
- 1/2 lb. carrots, cut up
- 2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut up
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 1/2 c. flour
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except broth and flour, in a large bowl.
- Mix the broth (undiluted) and the flour until there are no lumps.
- Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
- Pour the thick broth over meat and vegetables and mix thoroughly.
- Place mixture in a heavy covered pan.
- Bake at 250° for at least 8 hours.
