Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew meat
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 3 medium potatoes, cut in large chunks
- 4 carrots, cut in large chunks
Method
- Put stew meat and vegetables in large casserole. Mix soups and pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and bake in 325° oven for 3 hours. Meat will be brown and vegetables will remain whole. Serves 4.
