Ingredients
- 2 round steaks, cut up
- 1 c. cream of onion soup
- 1 c. golden mushroom soup
- 1 c. beef consomme
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooking oil
- water
Method
- Brown steak pieces in a small amount of oil.
- Add soups and cans of water.
- Cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until tender.
- Thicken gravy with flour and water.
- Also makes great beef and noodles.
