Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless fish
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. bread crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Season fillets to taste and coat with butter.
- Roll fillets in crumbs.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 450° for 10 minutes per inch of fillet thickness.
