Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 1 c. hot water (110 degrees)
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Pizza sauce
  • Meat topping
  • Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Other favorite pizza toppings

Method

  • Dissolve yeast in hot water.
  • Stir in flour, oil and sugar.
  • Beat about 25 strokes.
  • Cover and let rest about 5 min.
  • Divide dough in half, with greased fingers, spread each half very thinly on a greased 15"x10"x1" pizza pan.
  • Cover with sauce.
  • Add in other desired toppings.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
  • (If you want a more crispy crust, pre-bake crust 8 to 10 min, add in toppings, bake 10 min more.)
