Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. fat drippings
- 1 3/4 c. broth or water
- 2 Tbsp. Argo cornstarch
- 1/4 c. cold water
Method
- Pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat drippings from roasting pan.
- Add broth or water.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring to loosen browned bits.
- Remove from heat.
