Ingredients
- 1 cake yeast
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
Method
- Mix yeast in warm water.
- Mix butter, eggs, sugar and flour. Add milk.
- Mix soft dough.
- Let rise to double in size, then punch down and shape into round loaves.
- Let rise for about 40 minutes. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a 350° oven.
