Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 box confectioners sugar
Method
- Mix pecans and coconut.
- Spread on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix cake as directed on box.
- Spread cake mix on top of the pecans and coconut.
- Melt butter, cream cheese and confectioners sugar.
- Mix well.
- Pour on top of cake batter.
- Bake according to directions on box of cake mix.
