Ingredients
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 1 box powdered milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
Method
- Place pecans over the bottom of a greased cake pan. Place coconut on top of pecans.
- Mix German chocolate cake to directions and put on top of the coconut and pecans.
- Mix the margarine, cream cheese, and powdered sugar together and spread very carefully on top of cake mix (DO NOT STIR).
- Place in 350 degree oven and bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
- No frosting needed.
